What you will do

• Conduct 1-on-1 consultations via phone, video, or in-person to assess immigration situations and match clients to appropriate case types.
• Convert qualified leads into clients using the firm's consultative selling framework.
• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets, including lead-to-client conversion rate and case value.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow from initial consultation and pricing review to contract signing and down payment collection.
• Maintain meticulous records of all activities in the CRM (Litify/Salesforce) and Amazon Connect telephony platform.
• Participate in weekly legal and sales training to stay current on immigration case types and selling techniques.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (B2-C1) is required.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated, quota-carrying consultative sales experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Murray, UT once the office opens.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
