Sales Development Representative

Salary: $19.47 - $25.88 USD per hour (plus variable commission).

What you will do

• Perform high-volume outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on inbound sales inquiries to qualify leads and build pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Territory Managers.
• Research and identify target accounts for outbound campaigns.
• Promote company events and webinars within the assigned region.
• Maintain and update contact and account databases in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or client support roles.
• Must be able to work hybrid/onsite in Columbia, MD.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
