What you will do

• Lead and develop Intake Specialists through clear expectations, coaching cadences, and performance standards.
• Utilize dashboards and CRM data to diagnose conversion gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage performance through structured 1:1s and participate in hiring decisions.
• Conduct consultations to model selling frameworks and quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to firm policies, CRM documentation, and QA protocols.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in consultative sales with proven conversion results.
• 2 to 4 years of experience leading a team.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required at B2 to C1 level.
• Must be able to work according to the local time zone of Norcross, GA.
• Experience in immigration, legal, or financial professional services is preferred.
