What you will do

• Own a portfolio of small business customers as the primary point of contact post-sale.
• Onboard new customers and establish clear expectations within 48 hours of assignment.
• Drive retention and reduce churn through proactive outreach, health monitoring, and save plays.
• Identify and execute account growth opportunities via relevant product and service recommendations.
• Educate customers on compliance requirements, filings, and key deadlines.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and partner cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, Texas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with strong organization and prioritization.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with defined KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to quickly learn state-specific and product-specific legal requirements.
