What you will do
- Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients.
- Manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.

- Oversee the capital planning process for new projects.
- Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
- Provide monthly executive and project status reports, including schedule updates and risk analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project controls roles, specifically in cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
- Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
- Strong ability to distill complex project data into concise updates for rapid decision-making.
