Senior Project Controls Manager (Construction)

Location: On-site in Copenhagen or Kalundborg, Denmark

What you will do

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and project costs to support best-value decisions.
• Manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.
• Oversee capital planning for new projects.
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
• Provide monthly executive and project status reports, schedule updates, and project risk updates to key partners.
• Mentor employees and support their performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience in project controls, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Ability to distill project data into concise updates that support rapid, informed decisions.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Experience leading and developing project teams.
• Availability for on-site work in Copenhagen or Kalundborg, Denmark.
