Senior Cost Manager M&E (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Manage the full tender and bid process, from initial documentation through to analysis and reporting.
• Develop detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments to ensure value for money.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations, cost reports, and communicating variations clearly.
• Coordinate the agreement of final accounts and handle construction disputes or loss and expense claims.
• Utilize business development skills to engage new clients and secure repeat projects.
• Lead and mentor employees to drive high performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cost manager on large-scale data center or critical infrastructure construction projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction or project management discipline.
• Strong expertise in both pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) or currently on the path to achieving it.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with teams and clients.
