Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Location: Energy_Sealand, UK; regular site visits required.

What you will do

• Lead the commercial management and financial success of infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate subcontract terms and manage payments for specialist subcontractors and key suppliers.
• Administer NEC 3/4 Option A and C contracts, including changes, amendments, obligations, and closeout.
• Monitor project performance, programme, costs, key events, and commercial risks through regular site visits and reporting.
• Manage budgets, cost variances, Defined Cost Records, valuations, and Cost Value Reconciliation.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and the supply chain to resolve commercial issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior quantity surveying or commercial management role within infrastructure or construction.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract negotiation, contract administration, and commercial compliance.
• Experience with NEC 3/4 Option A and C contracts, change management, and liability assessment.
• Ability to analyse budgets, forecasts, actual costs, cost variances, and earned value.
• Willingness to undertake site visits and work collaboratively with clients and subcontractors.
