What you will do

• Ensure safe and responsible working and full compliance with company and site safety procedures.
• Lead HSE improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental performance, and industrial relations.
• Coach and mentor safety advisors, set clear objectives, and establish team accountabilities.
• Maintain effective communication with delivery, operations, and construction managers, engineers, and the client.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and ensure structured meetings and effective time management.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance for the corporate HSE function while developing long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior, customer-facing HSE role.
• Experience in the petrochemical, refining, process, or construction industries.
• Proven hands-on management experience and evidence of achieving customer satisfaction.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, communication, writing, and reporting skills.
• CCNSG certification within three months.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualification, or progress toward one of these qualifications.
