Senior Manager MLC - South West (High Net Worth & Major Loss)

Location: United Kingdom; fully remote workplace with field-based investigations, site visits and assessments.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth, major loss and complex property claims from instruction through settlement.
• Investigate claims through site visits and assessments to determine the cause, extent and value of losses.
• Prepare high-quality reports and technical recommendations for insurers and clients.
• Maintain communication with policyholders, brokers, insurers and other stakeholders throughout the claims journey.
• Progress claims efficiently against service-level agreements and performance targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Participate in a one-week-in-three out-of-hours on-call rota for a key client account.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling property claims in a loss-adjusting environment.
• Strong knowledge of High Net Worth and domestic property claims, with experience or development interest in major loss claims.
• Progress toward or completion of ACILA, FCILA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Full UK driving licence.
