What you will do

• Provide overall leadership for daily site operations and long-term performance
• Ensure maximum client and guest satisfaction through high-quality hospitality services
• Uphold standards for food quality, cleanliness, and Health & Safety programs
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with HR
• Manage financial oversight, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
• Develop staffing plans aligned with client forecasts and operational demand

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in San Antonio, TX
• 5+ years of progressive hospitality or accommodations management experience
• Experience in large-scale hotels, resorts, or workforce accommodations
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related discipline
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality/facilities management systems
