Salary: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll via ADP, managing increases and deductions.
• Coordinate international payroll through ADP Global Streamline and PEO firms.
• Prepare statistical summaries, compliance reports, and ad-hoc management reports using Excel.
• Resolve time and attendance discrepancies in collaboration with managers.
• Ensure legal compliance with national, state, and federal laws and maintain payroll records.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Treasury departments to align payroll with cost centers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience processing payroll in a lead capacity.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate accounting environment.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat.
• English: C1 level (excellent verbal and written communication) required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of international and multi-state payroll.
• Corporate Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
