What you will do

• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage elite technical talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver talent with high precision and accuracy.
• Contribute to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions across various seniority levels.
• Demonstrated experience using creative sourcing techniques to court passive, world-class talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with individuals at all levels.
• Track record of providing an authentic, high-touch experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a relentless work ethic to exceed recruiting KPIs.
• Must be located in New York City for full-time in-person work.
