What you will do

Manage sourcing and procurement activities, including RFP processes, market analysis, and supplier prequalification.
Draft and administer construction contracts, NDAs, and Statements of Work (SOWs) using approved templates.
Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Lead commercial discussions with suppliers to resolve contractual issues and non-compliance.
Collaborate with Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Management, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
Identify commercial risks and drive continuous improvement across contract performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in contract management within large-scale construction, engineering, or semiconductor projects.
Background working for an owner, EPC, consultancy, or general contractor on complex capital projects.
Proven experience negotiating contracts for construction services, engineering, and equipment installation.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
