What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely import freight process flow.
- Enter operational data accurately and on time.
- Track and trace Transcon files and prepare reports.
- Coordinate client and vendor billing, freight delivery, and clearance when applicable.
- Arrange customer shipments and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Respond to network communications, follow internal procedures, and meet compliance and KPI standards.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective interpersonal, listening, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Fluent English required.
- Understanding of the ocean documentation process is beneficial.
Nice to have
- Hazardous Materials certification.
