Business Procurement Manager (Data Solutions)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland, with office attendance at Grand Canal Plaza

What you will do

• Support and execute category strategies for networking products and services.
• Run RFPs, sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Risk, Legal, and Finance.
• Monitor market trends, emerging networking technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards, internal policies, and external regulations.
• Support supplier risk assessments, incident response planning, sustainability, and diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing from requirements definition through supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Risk, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Dublin office.

Nice to have

• Experience procuring IT or networking products and services.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, vendor landscapes, and market dynamics.
• Experience with supplier risk, contract governance, and global matrixed organisations.
• CIPS, CISSP, or a similar professional qualification.
