What you will do

• Develop estimate plans and coordinate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Provide cost contingency recommendations to the project team.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems of varying complexity.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience as an Estimator with increasing responsibility in a construction environment.
• Experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status (or actively pursuing certification).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid).
