What you will do

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
Provide fast, friendly, and professional assistance.

Requirements

Must be located within the United States.
Fluent English speaking, writing, and reading skills required.

Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
Previous customer support experience is helpful but not required.
