Salary: $22.85–$24.20 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide phone and email-based troubleshooting for water filtration products to homeowners and plumbers.
• Manage customer service activities including order entry, sales, and account reconciliation.
• Diagnose and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Utilize SAP and e-commerce platforms to check stock levels, pricing, and order status.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to provide additional value to customers.
• Prioritize and respond to support requests while maintaining detailed product knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of applicable experience in customer support or technical advisory roles.
• Proficiency with e-commerce and CRM platforms such as Magento, Tidio, or ticketing systems.
• Experience with SAP systems for order management and inventory tracking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
