Customer Support Representative (Health Insurance)

Location: Remote, United States only. Must be available to work 8:30am–5pm CST, Monday–Friday.

Salary: $15.00 per hour

What you will do

• Help potential customers navigate the online insurance shopping experience and obtain health insurance quotes.
• Answer and resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers.
• Support customers through phone, chat, and email while responding quickly and thoroughly.
• Document customer interactions in support ticketing software.
• Use customer insights to propose process and product improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work productively in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Familiarity with support ticketing or CRM software.
• Passion for helping people and supporting small businesses with health insurance questions.
• Availability to work 8:30am–5pm CST, Monday–Friday, and eligibility to work in the United States.
