What you will do

• Support execution of project activities including financial management, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Perform resource analysis, forecasting, and scheduling using tools like Jira, Planview, and Confluence.
• Consolidate project metrics into portfolio dashboards and present to executives.
• Facilitate gate reviews, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain project documentation, repositories, and EPMO wiki.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Enterprise PMO using PMI and Agile methodologies.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global in Canada full-time.
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Planview, advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in project lifecycle, data gathering, and reporting.
