What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Manage HVAC systems, including chiller and boiler plants.
• Oversee water treatment, fire alarm, pneumatic tube, and medical gas systems.
• Perform regular rounds in mechanical rooms and respond to support calls from various departments.
• Isolate and rectify technical problems while adhering to IPAC procedures.
• Communicate work status to client groups via the central call center according to response time policies.

Requirements

• 4th Class Power Engineer certification.
• Electrician or HVAC-Refrigeration ticket.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of BAS, plant systems, fire alarm/safety systems, pneumatic tube, and medical gas systems.
• Availability for on-call technical support as required.
• Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector screening.
