What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair services for sterilizers and washers at customer sites.
• Collaborate with the Lead Technician to execute installation projects within the region.
• Manage and renew service contracts, providing quotations to potential customers.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory codes.
• Maintain company assets, spare parts inventory, and test equipment in good working order.
• Document all service activities and maintain expense reports according to company policies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume field service environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in mechanical and electronic systems.
• Must be based in Moncton or Central New Brunswick.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Valid passport for international travel.
