Supervisor – Wind Energy (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) for balance-of-plant (BOP) and wind turbine assets.
• Coordinate and engage contractors and manage wind technicians to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
• Prepare NERC compliance reports and collaborate with internal compliance managers.
• Monitor and resolve turbine and civil issues using CMMS to ensure value retention for the facility.
• Manage operational budgets and optimize production and cost operations.

Requirements

• College or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in power generation.
• Wind turbine technician designation or professional trade experience.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Baie-des-Sables, QC, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with the operations and maintenance of High Voltage systems.
• Proficiency in using CMMS software.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
