Senior Electrical Estimator (Construction)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Tempe, AZ, US

Salary: $108,000 – $145,067

What you will do

• Lead the development of total project estimates.
• Develop comprehensive estimate plans and coordinate development with the project team.
• Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and perform Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Make cost contingency recommendations to the project team.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
• Analyze and provide solutions to complex problems in accordance with project objectives.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as an Estimator in a construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Chartered RICS, CEP, or CPE (or currently pursuing certification).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach to work.
