Senior Mechanical Estimator

What you will do

• Lead the development of total project estimates and coordinate estimate plans with the project team.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Provide strategic cost contingency recommendations to the project team.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems in accordance with organization and project objectives.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of current local rates for use across all estimates.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as an Estimator within a construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status or actively pursuing certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
