Regional Lead Estimator (Construction)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; regional travel required as needed

What you will do

• Lead conceptual and schematic cost estimates for engineering, construction, and integrated delivery projects.
• Develop estimates using historical data, quantity take-offs, unit pricing, and systems or line-count methodologies.
• Present cost models and estimates to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients to align estimates with project scope and budgets.
• Manage trade and discipline estimators while coordinating labor, materials, and other cost components.
• Conduct risk analyses, maintain benchmarking tools, support pre-construction project conversion, and mentor junior estimators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in multidisciplinary estimating, preferably in life sciences, food and beverage, industrial, or commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of design-build and integrated project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as WinEst, Sage Estimating, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in Denver, Colorado, and travel regionally as needed.

• Experience with construction logistics planning, schedule development, and constructability reviews.

• Leadership experience mentoring and managing estimating teams.
