Senior Estimator (Trade Shows & Experiential)

Location: Hybrid or remote to offices in Dayton, New Jersey; Addison, Illinois; North Las Vegas, Nevada; or Oakville, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, experiential environments, branded activations, and permanent installations.
• Analyze proposals, renderings, CAD drawings, specifications, and design documentation to complete quantity take-offs and cost evaluations.
• Partner with sales, project management, design, production, and fabrication teams to validate scope, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities while maintaining design intent and quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and fabrication partners, review estimates, and assess project feasibility.
• Improve estimating tools, cost databases, forecasting accuracy, and provide technical guidance to estimators and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of estimating experience in exhibits, experiential marketing, custom fabrication, museums, themed environments, retail displays, or permanent corporate installations.
• Strong knowledge of custom millwork, metal fabrication, construction methodologies, and production and installation processes.
• Experience interpreting architectural drawings, CAD files, technical design documents, construction details, and fabrication drawings.
• Ability to translate renderings and concepts into practical construction and production solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; a bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent education and experience.
