What you will do

• Design and develop test fixtures, equipment, and diagnostic software for manufacturing components and systems.
• Write and execute verification and validation plans, procedures, and protocols for software/hardware testing.
• Diagnose, prioritize, and correct technical issues arising during testing and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D and external vendors to resolve test failures and implement process improvements.
• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) related to test equipment.
• Lead training for assemblers, technicians, and manufacturing engineers on new fixtures and procedures.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in test engineering.
• Expertise in electro-mechanical equipment, PCB design, analog/digital electronics, and sensors.
• Advanced knowledge of C/C++/.NET, LabVIEW/CVI, Visual Basic, and/or PLC Ladder Logic.
• Proficiency with Solidworks and MS Office.
• Experience supporting medical device manufacturing under FDA, FAA, or SEC regulations.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, and Six Sigma.
