What you will do

• Own and approve all corporate FP&A deliverables for the CFO, ELT, and investors, ensuring zero unexplained variances.
• Lead the full Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including timeline management, department challenges, and P&L presentation.
• Design and maintain the FP&A close calendar, reporting cadences, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage and develop a small team consisting of Senior and Junior ICs through weekly 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the Finance Engineer to approve and drive the FP&A automation roadmap.
• Build trusted relationships with department heads to provide high-quality financial insights that drive business decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to run a monthly financial close cycle end-to-end.
• Experience producing financial materials for board or investor-level presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with comfort presenting to the CFO and C-suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP.
• Must be based in the US - Eastern time zone.
