Commercial Finance Lead (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the forward-looking commercial model and bottoms-up forecast, including data and assumptions across pipeline and conversion.
• Provide FP&A with commercial outlooks and operating assumptions to forecast revenue, spending, margin, and cash.
• Build complex cohort and financial dashboards covering acquisition channels, usage, churn, and unit economics.
• Identify leading indicators, pressure-test growth targets, and flag risks before they impact financial results.
• Evaluate investments across sales capacity, marketing programs, and new routes to market.
• Apply emerging AI technologies to accelerate analysis and improve forecasting capacity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, business operations, or strategy within a SaaS or technology company.
• Deep understanding of consumption-based models and how pipeline and usage drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools.
• Proficiency in SaaS and cloud economics, including CAC, payback, LTV, and gross margin.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, align senior leaders, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Fluency in English is required.
