What you will do

• Manage annual budgets and forecasts for R&D departments, including Engineering, Product, Support, InfoSec, and AWS.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify root causes of Opex discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and track functional Opex and AWS spending to ensure strict budget alignment.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate Opex efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Collaborate with department leads and stakeholders to ensure financial strategy aligns with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience specifically within a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a finance-related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong financial and business modeling skills.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work in EST/CST time zones.
