What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a defined area of the client-facing platform.
• Partner with enterprise customers to translate complex business challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data analysis.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives in close collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to measure customer and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across AI/ML, Data, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience owning products from discovery through delivery.
• Strong experience working directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and modern cloud-based applications.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• English: B2+ required for stakeholder management and customer engagement.

• Exposure to AI/ML products, data platforms, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams on customer engagements.
