What you will do

• Drive the development of AI-native capabilities within Clarity from ideation through to launch.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to rapidly prototype and iterate on features powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
• Engage deeply with customers to translate evolving AI needs into innovative, intelligent product solutions.
• Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to ensure successful rollout and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Monitor and report on AI product usage, performance, and business impact using a data-first approach.
• Synthesize findings and communicate strategic product direction and outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management within high-growth, innovative environments.
• Proven success delivering AI-powered or GenAI-driven features.
• Deep understanding of how LLMs, embeddings, and conversational interfaces drive product value.
• Hands-on involvement in product-led growth initiatives.
• Experience working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in global teams.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or Central Europe.
