What you will do

• Lead technical product strategy and delivery across complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
• Manage incoming business demand by triaging technical requests and determining domain alignment.
• Identify, map, and unblock cross-team technical dependencies within an interconnected ecosystem.
• Coordinate with multiple squads and partner teams using Scaled Agile Frameworks.
• Engage directly with senior engineers and architects on backend platforms, CRM infrastructure, and API flows.
• Act as a bridge between commercial strategy and deep-tech engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical product strategy and cross-team delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework or similar enterprise Agile setups.
• Strong analytical approach to managing business demand and technical requests.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior engineers and architects regarding system integration logic.
• Exceptional soft skills to navigate complex or ambiguous requirements.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Livingston, Scotland for hybrid work.
