What you will do

• Lead technical wins on strategic opportunities by building functional AI agents for sophisticated buyers.
• Act as an executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suite leaders to define and drive AI transformation roadmaps.
• Design, build, and optimize production-ready enterprise AI agents based on specific customer workflows and goals.
• Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks to scale deployments across multiple accounts.
• Direct forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to ensure successful delivery at scale.
• Provide critical feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams to shape the core product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing high-stakes outcomes and senior executive relationships.
• Strong technical acumen to design AI agents and communicate effectively with engineers and executives.
• Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to decision-makers in complex organizations.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments shaping both the solution and implementation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Germany.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology.
• Experience deploying enterprise software or transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies.
