Order Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Full-time onsite in Houston, TX (with bi-weekly WFH Fridays)

What you will do

• Manage the entire order lifecycle, including receipt, review, entry, and tracking within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with production planning to ensure orders are manufactured and scheduled on time.
• Liaise with logistics and shipping teams to arrange the timely delivery of finished goods.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues internally.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, or Shipwell.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling and inventory management principles.
• Must be based in or able to work full-time in Houston.
