What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, planners, and scientists to develop master plans, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Serve as the senior client relationship manager and trusted advisor for municipal utilities and public agencies.
• Provide leadership in project governance, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Drive project financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and monitoring profitability.
• Mentor engineering and project delivery teams while supporting business development to expand services in the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Proven ability to win work and maintain annual sales above $1MM.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Seattle, WA.
