What you will do

• Manage and oversee assigned bridge projects to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Lead business development activities and meet with clients to secure new projects.
• Coordinate and prepare winning proposal efforts.
• Perform technical discipline tasks, including research, reports, design, and plan preparation.
• Serve as the primary client liaison to manage project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Develop and enhance key client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
• 15+ years of progressive bridge/Project Manager experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Experience with NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid bridge projects.
• Established relationships within the industry and strong business development skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations and client interaction.
