What you will do

• Develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines to ensure client objectives are met.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews through conceptual, schematic, and construction phases.
• Oversee the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction teams.
• Review project requisitions, change orders, and invoices to manage costs and impacts.
• Collaborate with account managers, building management, and clients to achieve quality and cost goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and government laws.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in leading and developing employees.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado.
