What you will do

• Manage the CEO's complex personal and professional calendars, including appointments and changing priorities.
• Take full ownership of frequent travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and detailed itineraries.
• Handle personal purchases, vendors, and service providers for the CEO’s private and family needs.
• Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
• Create structured executive presentations for All Hands and leadership updates using stakeholder input.
• Plan leadership offsites and support OKR coordination and progress tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive.
• Genuine willingness to prioritize personal assistance and private logistics as the core of the role.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv.
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Hebrew.
• High technological orientation with comfort using Asana, Google Slides/Sheets, and AI tools.
• Strong ownership, discretion, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
