What you will do

• Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones, and timelines using critical plan methodology.
• Define clear responsibility and ownership for project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule, including baselining and periodic updates.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners.
• Review external schedules to ensure they are compiled using industry best practices.
• Provide regular updates on overall schedule progress.

Requirements

• Experience in planning and scheduling for life sciences, pharma, or similar construction projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and communicating findings.
• Working experience using Primavera P6 planning software.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Must be based in the United States.
