Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple programs.
• Create project schedules based on work breakdown structures (WBS) and program requirements.
• Perform critical path, float, and variance analyses to identify potential risks and impacts.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Provide expert guidance and training to team members on Microsoft Project functionality.
• Ensure compliance with organizational scheduling standards and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in developing and managing complex project schedules.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing IMS for large, complex programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eligibility to support Department of Defense programs

Nice to have

• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Project Online, or Microsoft Project Server.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
