What you will do

• Source content creators and influencers across gaming, tech, lifestyle, and entertainment verticals to align with client briefs.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to ensure competitive pricing using market analysis and performance data.
• Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, drafting proposals, and finalizing multifaceted compensation agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent divisions to address and fill gaps in the talent inventory.
• Maintain a comprehensive living database of talent for procurement and growth monitoring.
• Identify social media trends and cultural moments to secure impactful partnerships for clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Business Development, or a sales environment.
• Proven ability to analyze social media metrics such as CPM, CPV, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Established network and strong relationship-building skills with creators and talent agencies.
• English: Full proficiency (C1) required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of creators simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hubspot and Monday.
• Proficiency with Creator Discovery Tools and TikTok Creator Marketplace.
• Experience with Kantata and PandaDoc.
