What you will do

• Research, source, and vet creators to identify influential voices fitting the brand.
• Manage influencer relationships and maintain two-way communication to promote trust.
• Create creator briefs to ensure clear understanding of campaign objectives.
• Handle logistics, draft contracts, manage invoices, and track budgets.
• Monitor FTC compliance and produce campaign recap reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams across Accounts, Insights, Creative, and Strategy.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of account handling or influencer management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and agency experience.
• Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape and social platform proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must be based in New York or Los Angeles for hybrid office attendance
