Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Recruit, vet, negotiate with, and onboard influencers for client campaigns.
• Manage creator partnerships, communications, content timelines, drafts, and content reviews.
• Audit campaign content for FTC and brand compliance and maintain accurate tracking.
• Analyze social and conversion data, report performance, and recommend campaign optimizations.
• Manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, deliverables, risks, and opportunities with minimal supervision.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to campaign strategies and presentations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at an influencer marketing agency, executing campaigns and managing client and influencer relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital, omnichannel, influencer, and affiliate marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing attribution and data-driven campaign analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, client-service, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, formatting, and customized reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience with CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, affiliate networks, or SaaS platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Junction.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into marketing work.
