What you will do

• Scout and identify relevant creators, primarily on YouTube, for paid and affiliate programs.
• Pitch and negotiate flat-fee briefs and performance-based affiliate deals.
• Own the end-to-end relationship process, including outreach, contracts, and paperwork.
• Collaborate with outside agencies to maintain a full pipeline of creators.
• Track program performance and ROI in partnership with the growth marketing team.
• Surface creator trends and audience insights to inform organic content direction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing or creator partnerships.
• An existing network of creator relationships, specifically on YouTube.
• Proven ability to negotiate fees and contracts directly with creators.
• Deep understanding of YouTube content performance and broader social trends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of deals and paperwork.
• Must be based in the US (based on provided salary expectations).
