What you will do

• Manage organic social media calendars for Men's and Women's brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Publish, schedule, and quality-check content, ensuring it is optimized for each platform.
• Coordinate with creators and influencers, including briefing, gifting, and tracking deliverables.
• Create, shoot, and edit short-form social content such as TikToks and Reels.
• Develop executional briefs and track project timelines, approvals, and budgets.
• Support community engagement and real-time social execution during brand moments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-4 years of experience in social media, creator marketing, or community management.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn platform culture.
• Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form video content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to support occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends for high-priority brand moments.
