What you will do

• Support resident DREs by tracking work orders and various release activities for assigned products.
• Provide onsite product data logging support within vehicles and test benches.
• Execute software and hardware updates or retrofit requests on customer test benches and vehicles.
• Act as a supplier resident at multiple local customer facilities to provide technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Must possess a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license for travel to customer locations.
• Ability to lift testing equipment weighing up to 10 kg (22 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of telematics and infotainment products and technologies.
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related Automotive Engineering experience.
