What you will do

• Lead the Launch Electrical Team in implementing all Electrical Bill of Operations elements.
• Drive electrical problem resolution, including plant defects and engineering-related issues.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Product Development organizations.
• Manage launch activities including virtual, prototype, and validation builds.
• Report EFTQ launch performance and lead corrective action plans.
• Conduct technical training for team leaders on vehicle electrical systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an electrical or manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage technical personnel.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability and decision-making confidence.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for training and launch activities.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with automotive electrical sub-systems.
• Thorough working knowledge of GMS and BIQ4 deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree.
