What you will do

• Maintain and repair a growing fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Diagnose technical issues using specialized hardware and software.
• Validate functionality of ADAS, autonomous, and electric vehicle systems.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams regarding electrical and control systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and track parts inventory accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow strict work instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with at least two years of employment experience.
• Professional vehicle maintenance experience, preferably in a garage setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet strict driving record and safety screening requirements.
• Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for training or support.
• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology.
• Experience with CAN bus operation and flashing automotive control modules.
• Familiarity with vehicle integration software and data collection tools.
• Ability to create, modify, and install wiring systems and harnesses.
• Experience with oscilloscopes or picoscopes.
